We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original, sale-able condition within 28 days of dispatch. To return an item by post, please contact us either by email at mail@evoqueshop, or using the form on the contact us page, or phone, or return the item(s) with a copy of the original invoice to, Evoque, 125 Eastern Avenue, Ilford, Essex, IG4 5AN. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment on receipt of the returned item(s).
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
